Job summary

NovaSource Power Services seeks a maintenance technician for utility-scale BESS plants. You will monitor operations via SCADA, perform commissioning, testing, inspection, and troubleshooting of AC/DC systems, including inverters, transformers, switchgear and metering equipment.

You will follow safety procedures and contribute to efficiency and reliability on site. Requirements include a high school diploma (college/technical preferred), 1 year of related experience, and knowledge of electrical

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience is required.
• Electrical safety and arc flash standards knowledge.
• Experience with Lockout Tagout and Job Hazard Analysis.
• Familiarity with CMMS and industrial electrical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM work on site components under supervision.
• Measure, read, test and maintain BESS systems and inverters.
• Ensure safety procedures and environmental guidelines are followed.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
• Maintain documentation and CMMS work orders accurately.
