Job summary

Comfort Systems USA seeks a Foreman Electrician to lead a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial projects. You will install, alter, and repair electrical systems, read blueprints, and ensure safety and quality.

You will prepare material lists, coordinate with supervision, and drive production while meeting NEC guidelines. Flexible scheduling and overtime may be required to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities with the capability and desire to grow in this area, able to lead a crew of ~5.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and project docs.
• Able to communicate with other trades and supervise work scope.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to the highest standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Create material lists from layouts and job-site demands, then communicate to supervision.
• Contribute to achieving production and budget goals by planning and communicating tasks.
