Job summary

Comfort Systems USA seeks an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on electrical construction projects in commercial/industrial environments. You will supervise Journeymen, Apprentices and Helpers, ensuring work quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

You will read specs and blueprints, develop material lists, and coordinate with supervision to hit production and budget goals while following NEC guidelines.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach teams of 5 Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians.
• Adept at reading project specs, blueprints, and schematics.
• Ability to develop manpower schedules and material lists.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure work quality meets high standards and is within NEC guidelines.
• Develop material lists from layouts and communicate to supervision.
• Guide crew to meet production and budget goals.
• Install and terminate electrical devices, conduits, and panels as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project documents.
