Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to learn new products, systems, and processes
• Experience in business-to-business sales or electrical distribution preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer service by phone, email, at the counter, and through order processing
• Partner with outside sales representatives to support customer accounts and identify solutions
• Coordinate with vendors to help ensure products are delivered accurately and on schedule
• Assist with product promotions, training opportunities, and other branch initiatives
• Support daily branch operations, including counter and inside sales, warehousing and inventory management, vendor and customer communications, and order entry and product support
