You will enter sales orders, handle payments, and support inventory as needed while working Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork within a thriving electrical supply operation.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and/or electrical knowledge preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good mathematics, verbal and written communication.
• Ability to explain information clearly and present solutions to customers.
• Ability to operate computers and relevant software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and assist with orders and product selection.
• Enter sales orders and pick items from inventory.
• Prepare customer sales tickets and collect payments.
• Handle phone-in customers with courteous etiquette.
• Maintain counter displays and stock levels.
• Aim to meet monthly sales and gross margin targets.
• Encourage use of digital tools with customers.
• Multi-task and prioritize daily tasks.
