Cooper Electric Supply, LLC is hiring for a counter sales role in Quakertown, PA. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, enter orders, and handle payments in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position emphasizes sales performance, customer service excellence, and the ability to work with digital tools while maintaining organized displays and accurate inventory. Shift is Mon–Fri, 8 am–5 pm with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and/or electrical knowledge preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and interpersonal communication.
• Strong math, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and present solutions to customers.
• Ability to operate computers and relevant software.
• Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and assist with orders and product selection.
• Enter sales orders and pick items from warehouse inventory.
• Prepare customer sales tickets and collect payments.
• Handle phone-in customers with courteous etiquette.
• Maintain counter area displays clean, organized and stocked.
• Reach monthly sales and gross margin goals.
• Encourage use of digital tools across customer base.
• Multi-task and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
