Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Superintendent on industrial/power/EPC projects.
• Ability to lead field personnel and coordinate multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of electrical installation, sequencing, and field execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical construction activities for large-scale projects.
• Direct craft supervision and coordinate daily work plans to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, quality, and scheduling teams.
• Monitor productivity, manpower, equipment utilization, and progress.
• Review drawings and specifications to align activities with requirements.
• Identify and resolve field issues to protect schedule and cost.
• Support workforce development through coaching and training.
• Participate in planning meetings, safety reviews, and project reporting.
• Ensure quality standards and assist with turnover and commissioning.
