Job summary

Black & Veatch seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead field execution on simple/combined cycle projects. You will coordinate with direct-hire supervision, subcontractor leadership, and field engineering to ensure safe, high-quality delivery and alignment with the CPM schedule.

Responsibilities include driving craft productivity, quality standards, and safety compliance while providing technical direction and coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of construction field leadership on equivalent projects.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety, quality, and performance management on site.
• Coordinate with Construction Manager and Safety Manager to address concerns.
• Monitor CPM schedule, milestones, and installation progress.
• Lead foremen and subcontractors in planning meetings and look-ahead scheduling.
• Ensure materials, manpower, equipment, and resources are available to support work.
