Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Licensed Electric Superintendent to lead our electrical teams on job sites in Monroe, LA. The role requires deep NEC knowledge, strong safety leadership, and a track record of managing large projects with 15+ electricians while maintaining cost targets.

The position involves significant travel (60-75%), a schedule from 6am to 6pm Monday through Friday with possible nights, weekends, and holidays based on customer needs.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship completed or 8,000 hours equivalent.
• Experience managing large electrical projects (15+ electricians or multiple small-medium projects).
• Strong knowledge of safety, NEC, and compliance.
• Ability to meet or beat project costs and schedules.
• Willingness to travel 60-75%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current licensing and training requirements.
• Manage large electrical projects with teams.
• Communicate concerns/opportunity to PM to protect margin.
• Develop successors to move to Foreman.
• Conduct jobsite safety evaluations.
• Integrate project schedule with other trades.
• Utilize Faith internal resources (Excellerate, Precon, APC, Productivity, Engineering, Estimating).
