Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Superintendent to lead electrical teams on job sites, ensure NEC compliance, and uphold safety as a core value. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, safely, and within budget while mentoring future Foremen.

The position demands 60-75% travel, an apprenticeship or 8,000 hours experience, and availability for a 6am–6pm schedule with potential nights, weekends, and holidays based on customer needs.

Qualifications

• Education: completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent (8,000 hours).
• Travel: 60-75% of time.
• Work schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Monday to Friday; may include nights, weekends, holidays.
• Experience: history of managing large electrical projects (15+ electricians or multiple smaller projects).

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical teams on the job site with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Maintain current licensing and training requirements.
• Manage large projects (15+ electricians or multiple projects) within budget and schedule.
• Develop and integrate project schedules with other trades.
• Communicate concerns and opportunities to PM to protect margin.
• Mentor a successor to progress toward Foreman role.
