The successful candidate will coordinate estimating, pricing, and change orders, while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards across job sites. Travel is required at 60-75% and schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours).
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage multiple electricians on large projects.
• Knowledge of safety practices and NEC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical teams on the job site and ensure projects meet schedule and budget.
• Maintain current licensing and training requirements.
• Manage large projects with 30+ electricians or multiple medium projects; meet margins.
• Develop accounts to expand scope; upsell, estimate, price, and negotiate.
• Create estimates and change orders using Faith's estimating software with PM oversight.
• Achieve goals for gross margin dollars per man hour.
• Perform jobsite safety evaluations and uphold safety standards.
