Faith Technologies seeks an experienced Licensed Superintendent to lead electrical teams on job sites, leveraging NEC knowledge and a strong safety focus. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and excellence in on-site execution.

Travel will be 60-75%, with a 6 am–6 pm, Monday–Friday schedule; nights, weekends, and holidays may be required based on client needs. The position supports growth within a merit-based environment and strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Education: Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours).
• Travel: 60-75%.
• Work Schedule: 6 am to 6 pm, Mon-Fri; nights, weekends, holidays possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical teams on job sites.
• Maintain licensing and training requirements.
• Manage large projects with 15+ electricians or multiple smaller projects.
• Meet or beat estimated job costs and productivity goals.
• Familiar with Faith's estimating software and internal resources (Excellerate, Precon, APC, Productivity, Estimating).
• Conduct jobsite safety evaluations and develop project schedules with other trades.
• Communicate concerns to PM to protect margins and drive positive outcomes.
• Develop successors to move to foreman position.
