Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking an Excellerate Superintendent I to lead our electrical teams on complex construction, engineering, manufacturing, and renewable energy projects. This role requires NEC knowledge, a strong safety culture, and proven leadership to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

Travel is 10–25% and work hours typically run 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, with overtime as needed. The position emphasizes coaching, planning, and coordinating with Precon, Estimating, and other trades to ensure

• Experience managing multiple projects with direct reports and controlling costs.
• Strong safety focus and NEC knowledge.
• Ability to coach and mentor field staff and report performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical teams and oversee project execution to meet time and budget targets.
• Coordinate project schedules with trades and internal resources.
• Conduct safety audits and enforce safety programs.
• Communicate issues and opportunities to PM/Leadership to protect margins.
• Support recruiting and development efforts for team members.
