You will apply NEC knowledge, drive safety, training, and leadership development while delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED with an apprenticeship or 8,000 hours of experience; travel 10–25%; work hours 6 AM–6 PM, Monday–Friday, with possible overtime.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical teams on large projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain safety due to core value emphasis and conduct safety audits.
• Coordinate with PM/Leadership and integrate schedules with other trades.
• Mentor direct reports and support talent development and recruiting.
• Communicate concerns and opportunities to improve margins.
