Qualifications

• Education: Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours).
• Travel: 60-75%.
• Work Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Monday–Friday; may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintains current licensing and training requirements.
• History of managing large projects (30+ electricians or multiple small-medium projects simultaneously).
• Independently develops accounts to widen scope and generates additional revenue through upselling, estimating, pricing, and negotiation.
• Ability to create estimates and change orders utilizing Faith’s estimating software with oversight from Project Manager.
• Consistently meets or exceeds goals of gross margin dollars per man hour.
• Minimum of 8 jobsite safety evaluations per quarter.
