Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Superintendent to lead our electrical teams on the job site. You will bring strong NEC knowledge, safety leadership, and a track record of managing large multi-project jobs while controlling costs.

Daily duties include coordinating schedules, maintaining training standards, and leveraging Faith internal resources to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours).
• Travel required: 60-75%.
• Work schedule varies: 6 am–6 pm, Monday–Friday; nights, weekends, holidays possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical teams on the job site.
• Maintain licensing and training requirements.
• Manage large projects with 15+ electricians or multiple projects.
• Meet or beat estimated job costs and productivity goals.
• Communicate concerns/opportunities to the PM to protect margin.
• Develop successors to move to Foreman position.
