Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma or GED, and completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours).
• Experience leading large electrical teams and projects.
• Strong emphasis on safety, training, and leadership development.
• Familiar with FTI estimating tools and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical teams and manage projects to meet time and budget constraints.
• Conduct safety audits and ensure safe practices on site.
• Coordinate with PM/Account Manager/Leadership to protect margins.
• Coach and develop direct reports; participate in performance reviews.
• Partner with Talent for recruiting and mentoring within the team.
