Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group seeks a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute on complex projects across Industrial & Manufacturing sectors. You’ll coordinate material, equipment, people, safety, QA/QC, and documentation to meet milestones and profitability targets.

The role requires 5+ years in construction with 3+ years in field supervision; Lean experience is preferred. Travel and non-traditional hours may be involved as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff to maintain injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC programs.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates project site care, custody and control.
