Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in industrial electrical installation scopes of work.
• Ability to supervise and evaluate craft performance.

• Willingness to travel/relocate as needed.
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers managing safety, quality and production.
• Plan, schedule and execute field operations meeting contract specs and electrical code requirements.
• Coordinate with other superintendents and subcontractors to maintain workflow and schedule adherence.
• Develop a schedule based on provided man hours to support the project timeline.
• Resolve employee conflicts and scheduling difficulties and report to management.
• Ensure adherence to safety, attendance and nondiscrimination policies.
