Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field execution on simple/combined cycle projects. You will work with direct supervision, subcontractors, and field engineering to ensure safe, high‑quality delivery while driving productivity and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience of construction field leadership on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Support the Construction Manager in safety, quality, and performance management.
• Coordinate with craft teams, subcontractors, and field engineers to resolve drawing and schedule issues.
• Monitor CPM schedule alignment and progress against milestones.
• Lead foreman and subcontractor planning meetings for daily/weekly work execution.
• Develop and monitor look-ahead schedules and corrective action plans.
• Maintain field logs, timesheets, quantities, and contractor communications.
