Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Electrical Subsystems GS Technical Lead to steer a cross-functional team in architectural design and validation of complex electronic systems. You’ll oversee data packages, risk, and interfaces while guiding hardware/software trades and supplier efforts.

The role requires a STEM degree with 10+ years of experience in RF, analog/digital design, and systems engineering, plus proven leadership on large subsystems. Onsite work with travel expectations is indicated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in RF sub-systems, requirement development, and CCA design.
• Prior leadership of a complex subsystem in EMD programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical integrity of the GS and data packages.
• Manage technical risk and oversee GS failure investigations.
• Guide hardware and software interface definitions across domains.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers and mentor teams.
• Travel as needed, including foreign travel.
