The role requires a bachelor’s in STEM with 10+ years of RF/subsystem experience, strong leadership, and MBSE proficiency. Onsite in Tucson, AZ with possible travel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure technical integrity of the GS and TDP development, validation, and integration.
• Lead technical risk management and failure investigations for the GS.
• Provide technical oversight across hardware/software interfaces and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers for lab or field demonstrations.
