Rex Moore in Sacramento, CA seeks a Special Services Sales Rep to drive sales and revenue for electrical systems and solutions. You will identify, pursue, and close opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients and managing pre- and post‑sales support.

The role requires deep knowledge of electrical systems, superb communication, and collaboration with internal teams to prepare proposals and provide accurate estimates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in sales of Electrical Service and Projects.
• Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills.
• Experience engaging with property managers and facility managers.
• General knowledge of electrical installation and construction.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is revenue growth and backlog development for Special Services.
• Estimating and project support to close and expand opportunities.
• Pipeline development and forecasting future backlog and revenue attainment.
• Meet or exceed annual sales and gross margin targets.
• Develop add-on work such as service agreements and repeat business.
• Use data to drive sales strategy and prioritization.
• Proactive outreach to existing clients for expansion opportunities.
