Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with the sales of Electrical Service and Projects.
• Experience engaging with property managers, facility managers, and stationary engineers.
• General knowledge of electrical installation and methods.
• Knowledge of construction codes and plans reading.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and backlog for Special Services.
• Develop pipeline and forecast backlog and revenue attainment.
• Prepare bids and provide estimates for electrical solutions.
• Develop relationships with contractors, tenants, property managers, and owners.
• Support engineering/design teams with direction on engineered jobs.
• Meet or exceed annual sales and gross margin targets.
