Job summary

Vertiv Corporation seeks a Site Leader to provide on-site leadership for large, long-duration projects involving Vertiv power and/or thermal equipment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and ensure a positive customer experience from start-up through testing and completion.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in industrial construction management, strong leadership, and site safety discipline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial construction management.
• Equivalent industry experience preferred for site leadership roles.
• Six years military experience in a related field strengthens candidacy.
• Demonstrated leadership and on-site project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide jobsite construction and technical leadership for large projects.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary on-site team of technicians and contractors.
• Represent Vertiv at customer meetings and coordinate activities on-site.
• Drive start-up, site testing and commissioning with safety in mind.
• Ensure manpower sufficiency and timely reporting to management.
