Arizona Public Service (APS) seeks a Project Coordinator to act as liaison between APS, municipalities, contractors, and customers. You will manage new installations, upgrades, conversions, and relocations from initiation through close out, ensuring requirements are understood, communicated, and executed.

You will plan and coordinate all project facets, interact with customers, obtain plans, and secure easements and permits as needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma/GED and two (2) years experience in customer facing role or construction.
• Must successfully complete training program in four (4) to six (6) months.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service and coordination for primary or service installation projects including upgrades, relocations, conversions, maintenance, street lights, dusk to dawn lights and new services.
• Plan, design, schedule, and coordinate all facets of the project from initiation through construction, energization, and close out.
• Interface with customers and municipalities to assess needs, determine project scope, obtain plans/maps/drawings, and make key layout decisions for APS facilities.
• Obtain easements and permits as necessary through APS right of way, and ensure compliance with APS processes.
• Prepare work authorizations and job estimates; communicate customer charges in advance and manage invoicing and scheduling to secure payments.
• Release projects to construction and coordinate with crews; conduct inspections to ensure safety/compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues; keep internal/external stakeholders informed of project status.
• Set up accounts in CC&B, create orders for crews, and update related databases; close out projects.
