Job summary

Arizona Public Service (APS) is seeking a Project Support Supervisor to lead a team delivering project controls and support services for New Generation Project Controls and project teams. You will coordinate work, manage schedules and reporting, and ensure data integrity using the latest analytics tools.

The role emphasizes supervision, prioritization, and collaboration with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Finance and Supply Chain to drive on-time delivery and adherence to

Qualifications

Requires bachelor's degree or seven years of related experience.
Experience in project controls, scheduling, and cost tracking.
Knowledge of project controls principles and reporting.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily project controls support operations.
Coordinate and prioritize work from development to delivery.
Oversee planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and forecasting.
Ensure data completeness and timeliness.
Maintain project records per procedures.
Allocate resources to meet priorities and deadlines.
Monitor workflows and implement improvements.
Collaborate with PMO, Engineering, Finance and other stakeholders.
