StrongBuilt Plumbing & Air in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Electrical Service Manager to lead a team of technicians and uphold our reputation for quality service. You will oversee scheduling, field operations, and ensure NEC/OSHA compliance while driving performance and continuous improvement.

This leadership role offers a clear path to broader management, with opportunities to mentor staff, manage budgets, monitor metrics, and enhance customer satisfaction through data-driven decisions.

Formación

• 5+ years of electrical service experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred (may vary by state).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and mentor electrical service technicians to achieve performance goals and career development
• Conduct regular team meetings, ride-alongs, and performance reviews
• Oversee scheduling, routing, and daily assignments for technicians
• Monitor job progress to ensure timely completion, efficiency, and quality workmanship
• Provide technical support and problem-solving assistance to technicians as needed
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local regulations
• Handle escalated customer concerns with professional, timely resolutions
• Review estimates, invoices, and recommendations for accuracy and professionalism
• Track key performance metrics, including revenue, average ticket, conversion rates, close rates, callbacks, and customer satisfaction
• Monitor job costing, labor utilization, and department profitability
• Manage inventory, tools, and equipment in ServiceTitan or company systems to minimize costs and ensure availability
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to build a strong service workforce
