The role emphasizes mentorship, process improvement, and collaboration with plumbing/HVAC leadership to expand electrical services.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience required.
• Journeyman Electrician license required; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong estimating, pricing, and customer-solution skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop technicians with accountability.
• Experience driving departmental revenue and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential electricians and apprentices.
• Oversee daily electrical service operations ensuring productivity and quality.
• Drive departmental revenue growth and profitability.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, service standards, and goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top electrical talent.
