StrongBuilt Plumbing & Air in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Electrical Service Manager to lead our team of technicians and drive efficiency, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service. You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance reviews while ensuring compliance with NEC and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years electrical service experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar field management software.
• Knowledge of NEC, OSHA and local regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and mentor electrical service technicians to achieve performance goals and career development.
• Conduct regular team meetings, ride-alongs, and performance reviews.
• Oversee scheduling, routing, and daily assignments for technicians.
• Monitor job progress to ensure timely completion, quality workmanship and efficiency.
• Provide technical support and problem-solving assistance to technicians as needed.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local regulations.
• Handle escalated customer concerns with timely resolutions.
• Review estimates and invoices for accuracy and professionalism.
• Track KPIs such as revenue, ticket average, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
