Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in residential electrical services, skilled trades, or service operations.
• Excellent coaching, leadership, and employee development skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management software.
• Experience managing departmental P&L, budgets, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the electrical service department.
• Drive departmental revenue growth and achieve sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Coach and develop electrical service technicians to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Set clear performance expectations, workmanship standards, and accountability for the team.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and career development.
• Support field technicians with technical guidance on complex projects.
• Develop service pricing, inventory control processes, and departmental organization.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with codes, permits, inspections, and safety standards.
