Job summary

Hire Right LLC in Seattle, WA seeks an Electrical Service Manager to lead a residential electrical service team. This role focuses on coaching and sales leadership, not hands-on electrical work, shaping 8–10 technicians, and driving department performance.

You will analyze numbers, push for higher close rates, monitor average ticket sizes, and maintain strong customer experience. Base salary with profit sharing and full training on company systems are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a customer-facing sales or service team.
• Proven track record of moving close rate, average sale, or revenue through coaching.
• No technical electrical background required; coaching/sales leadership role.
• Valid driver license with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR.
• Willingness to learn a proven service and sales system.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8–10 residential electrical service technicians who diagnose and sell.
• Hold weekly 1:1s with direct reports and ride along the service area.
• Own department metrics: close rate, average sale, revenue, callbacks, and membership conversions.
• Push close rate to 70%+ and maintain average sale above $3,000; keep callbacks under 10%.
• Coach selling without high pressure, using ServiceTitan and Rilla coaching.
• Own customer escalations and set the customer experience standard.
• Read the department P&L weekly and coach to it with the operations manager.
