Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight of electricians' performance and sales activities.
• Lead and coach team using our established system and processes.
• Conduct weekly team meetings to review pipeline and performance.
• Coach electricians on customer rapport to sell the right products.
• Collaborate with dispatch and customer service to drive outcomes.
• Manage team schedules to meet demand and seasonal spikes.
• Develop reports on department performance, quality, and efficiency.
• Recruit and onboard new electricians.
