Responsibilities

• Lead the growth and overall performance of the electrical service department.
• Develop and execute a strategy to significantly scale the service operation.
• Recruit, hire, and develop Service Managers and other key personnel as the department expands.
• Grow existing client relationships while developing new service opportunities throughout the Atlanta market.
• Oversee revenue, profitability, staffing, forecasting, and operational performance.
• Build scalable processes while maintaining high standards for customer service, safety, and quality.
