Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction and/or service.
• Experience working within a union environment (e.g., IBEW) is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of proven leadership or operations management experience.

• Develop leadership bench strength across field and office teams.
• Enforce standard operating procedures for field execution and project delivery.
• Manage budgets and divisional financial performance.
