Goliath Construction Consulting is seeking an Electrical Division Manager to lead and grow the electrical division for commercial and industrial projects across Central and North Florida. This executive role oversees operations, project execution, team development, budgeting, and client relationships, with a focus on safety, quality, and profitability.

Ideal candidates will have significant electrical contracting experience and a proven ability to scale a division in a fast-paced construction

Qualifications

• Significant electrical contracting experience with commercial/industrial projects.
• Leadership experience as a Division Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction operations, project management, estimating/preconstruction, and field execution.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and teams with financial accountability.
• Experience growing or scaling an electrical construction operation is strongly preferred.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership style with urgency and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operations and growth of the electrical construction division.

• Manage and develop project management and field leadership teams.
• Maintain accountability for budgets, forecasting, schedules, manpower, safety, quality, and profitability.
• Partner with estimating and preconstruction teams on project pursuits, budgeting, and project handoff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, owners, developers, and other key clients.
• Help recruit and develop the team needed to support continued growth throughout the Florida market.

Goliath Construction Consulting is seeking an Electrical Division Manager for a well-established electrical contractor serving the Central and North Florida markets.

This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced electrical construction professional who will have responsibility for leading and growing the electrical division, including operations, project execution, team development, and financial performance.

Projects include a diverse mix of commercial and industrial construction, including healthcare, education, hospitality, mixed‑use, distribution/logistics, manufacturing, mission‑critical, and other complex facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the overall operations and growth of the electrical construction division.
• Oversee multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Manage and develop project management and field leadership teams.
