The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in electrical service or project leadership, strong communication, and the ability to price work, manage schedules, and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of electrical service, special projects, project management, or field leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, troubleshooting, repairs, and small projects.
• Ability to manage customers, technicians, schedules, estimates, and financial performance.
• Strong communication, organization, sales, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical service and special-project operations for commercial and industrial customers.
• Coordinate technicians, field supervisors, dispatch, scheduling, and customer priorities.
• Estimate and price service work, tenant improvements, repairs, upgrades, and small projects.
• Track labor, materials, purchase orders, billing, work orders, and department performance.
• Develop preventive-maintenance and recurring-service relationships.
• Ensure technicians have the information, materials, equipment, and support needed to work safely.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and maintain high standards for responsiveness and workmanship.
• Help recruit, develop, and retain service electricians and field leaders.
