Day-to-day tasks involve answering inquiries, explaining service options and product benefits, coordinating with electricians and office staff to schedule work, and maintaining accurate records of leads, quotes, and contracts. The role also includes building long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and representing the company professionally in person, over the phone, and via email.

Qualifications
