Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Prior electrical experience (service, construction, remodel, or related field).
• Ability to diagnose electrical problems and interpret electrical schematics.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks typical of electrical work.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Full-time availability with occasional overtime.
• State electrical license or apprentice registration (if required by your state).

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle safely to service appointments, job sites, and client locations.
• Perform electrical work, including service calls, new construction wiring, remodel projects, and system upgrades.
• Diagnose electrical issues, provide accurate assessments, and make effective repair recommendations.
• Execute installations, repairs, and maintenance in compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide clear explanations of work performed.
• Identify and promote additional services or products based on customer needs (light sales).
• Maintain accurate job documentation, including work orders, materials used, and time tracking.
• Keep company vehicle and tools organized, clean, and properly maintained.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
