You will support customers at the counter, answer calls and emails, process orders, and build lasting relationships while contributing to store growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales support, admin, or customer service experience.
• Willingness to learn electrical product knowledge.
• Proficient in basic pricing math and ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at counter, over phone, and by email.
• Build relationships and grow accounts.
• Explain pricing, availability, lead times, and order status.
• Prepare quotes, orders, and bids; process orders and returns.
• Support inside and outside sales and delivery teams.
• Keep the sales floor organized and ERP records accurate.
