Job summary

Revco Lighting & Electrical Supply in Southampton, NY is seeking a full-time Electrical Sales Associate. You will assist contractors, electricians, builders, and homeowners at the counter, over the phone, and by email, processing orders and building lasting customer relationships.

You will keep ERP records accurate, help with quotes and bids, and support inside and outside sales while maintaining the sales floor and cash drawer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, admin, or customer service, preferably in building materials or electrical/ trades.
• Electrical product knowledge is a plus; willingness to learn is a must.
• Comfort with basic pricing and discount math.
• Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and email/internet tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications.

Responsibilities

Compensation: $22.00 - $32.00 / hour

As a Sales Associate at Revco Lighting & Electrical Supply, you'll help contractors, electricians, builders, and homeowners find the products and solutions they need. Whether assisting customers at the counter, answering calls, or responding to emails, you'll provide knowledgeable service, process orders accurately, and build lasting customer relationships. Your Location:

• 360 County Rd 39A, Southampton, NY 11968 (Not remote/hybrid)

Your Schedule:

• Full Time
• Mon-Fri from 7:00am-5pm, alternating Sat 6:30am-12pm

Your Contribution to REVCO:

Your Ideal Knowledge/Experience:

• 2+yrs of experience in a sales support, admin, or customer service (ideally in building materials, electrical supply or trades)
• Electrical product knowledge (a PLUS!) - willingness to learn (a MUST!)
• Comfort with basic pricing/discount math
• Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and email/internet tools
• Excellent written and verbal (English)

REVCO's Contribution to You:

• $22-$32/hr
• 2% commission paid on the gross margin of all individual sales written (after 30 days of employment)
