Western Building Center is seeking an outgoing Electrical Sales Associate to assist customers in the electrical department. You will answer questions, help customers select the right materials, and ensure they have what they need for their projects.

Strong communication and computer skills are important for this role. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, cross-selling and upselling products, processing transactions at the POS, keeping shelves tidy, staying informed

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of store products to determine appropriate applications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Adherence to safety regulations and accuracy in transactions.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service in the electrical department.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to meet customer needs.
• Process transactions using the POS system and issue receipts.
• Maintain clean, organized aisles and restock shelves.
• Stay informed about new merchandise and product information.
• Assist with inventory and report low stock levels.
• Answer phone with proper etiquette and manage inquiries.
• Plan and pace work to meet daily and weekly goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
