Job summary

Qualifications

• Sales experience and/or electrical knowledge preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good math, verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to communicate information and present solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and assist with order and product selection.
• Enter sales orders and pick items from warehouse inventory.
• Prepare customer sales ticket and collect payment.
• Handle phone-in customers with courteous service.
• Maintain counter displays and inventory readiness.
• Reach monthly sales and gross margin goals.
• Encourage use of digital tools with customers.
