Rexel USA is seeking a Gear Quotations Specialist to join our Rexel team in Maryland Heights, Missouri. You will establish relationships with customers and vendors to secure pricing positions for bids, review bid packages, and prepare quotations with product knowledge for submission.

The role focuses on drafting accurate proposals, coordinating with outside sales, and ensuring timely bid submission while maintaining competitive pricing and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, project management, or related experience.
• Experience with electrical distribution, lighting, and controls, or adjacent industry preferred.
• High School or GED - Required

Responsabilités

• Quote pricing for bids and prepare bid tabulations.
• Review bid packages and all requirements (technical, approved manufacturers, commercial, documentation).
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers where appropriate and propose substitute products.
• Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers; support outside sales and branches.
