Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Quotations Specialist to join our Carrollton, TX team. The role focuses on establishing customer and supplier relationships to secure pricing for bids and prepare proposals with detailed documentation.

You will review bid packages, coordinate with sales, and format data into bid spreadsheets while negotiating pricing when appropriate. A strong knowledge of Excel and quoting tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, project management, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with electrical distribution, lighting, and controls, or adjacent industry preferred.
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Quote low to moderate profile/complex projects.
• Review bid package and requirements (technical, manufacturers, commercial, documentation).
• Work with Outside Sales or branches to discuss strategy for proposals.
• Format customer requests into a standardized bid spreadsheet.
• Issue RFQs to vendors and compile bid tabulations.
