Electrical Consultants, Inc. (ECI) seeks an Assistant Project Manager in Boise, ID to support multiple project managers with administrative and technical tasks.

The role involves document control, preparation of meeting materials, project reports and cost tracking, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in engineering, science, business, or management, with at least 2 years of technical writing and document management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, management or related field; minimum 2 years' experience in technical writing, document management, and administrative tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organization and planning abilities.
• Ability to work in a team environment; commitment to quality and accuracy; willingness to meet fast-paced schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist and provide technical support to multiple project managers and office staff.
• Coordinate and perform daily administrative tasks; document control, filing, and assembly of engineering documents.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, project reports, tracking logs and purchase orders; assist invoicing and cost control.
