Job summary

EC Electric is seeking a Project Coordinator 1 to provide high-level coordination support with construction project management staff in Boise, Idaho. You will back the Project Manager and Admin team, manage project documentation, and oversee billing and schedule compliance per contract.

Key duties include bid tracking, submittals, RFI assistance, subcontracts, and permit processing, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery. The role offers growth, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of lead administrative experience in electrical construction or related field.
• High level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Must work independently and have strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel (intermediate or higher).

Responsibilities

• Assist with project startups and closeouts.
• Provide front desk relief and administrative support as needed.
• Prepare routine correspondence and proposals.
• Track bid numbers and maintain records.
• Assist with submittals, RFI’s, change orders, and drawings.
• Process permits, contracts, and insurance/bonds.
• Support billing: monthly lump sum and time & material for subcontracts.
