EC Electric, Inc. seeks an Assistant Project Manager to provide high-level coordination across project documentation, field staff, and PMs. You will assist with submittals, RFIs, meetings, and cost/budget tracking using Viewpoint, while supporting timely payments and schedules.

Reading electrical drawings, coordinating with subcontractors, and stepping in for the PM when needed are key parts of this role. This is a full-time on-site position in Portland, Oregon.

Qualifikationen

• Coordinate project activities with PM and field staff and ensure documentation is complete.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and change management using company tools.
• Read electrical drawings and coordinate with subcontractors for documentation.

Aufgaben

• Assist with managing all aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFIs and meeting minutes.
• Assist with supervision and directing project activities as assigned by the PM, including planning and coordinating.
• Maintain change order, submittal and document control logs within Viewpoint.
• Coordinate with PM/PX and subcontractors to obtain correct Owner/Maintenance Manuals documentation.
• Create Job Information Sheets and establish job files under PM/PX directions.
• Assume temporary total project supervision responsibilities in PM's absence.
• Review construction schedules and assist with project budgets in Viewpoint with Field Supervisor.
• Support payroll information accuracy with the Payroll department.
