EC Electric is seeking an Electrical Construction Assistant Project Manager in Renton, WA. This on-site, full-time role supports the PM and field staff, coordinating submittals, RFIs, meetings, and documentation.

You will help manage budgets, schedules, payments, and safety compliance with company policies. Ideal candidates read electrical drawings, work with Viewpoint, and assist in preparing job information, progress reporting, and owner/manual documentation.

Qualifications

• High level coordination support across project management and field staff.
• Ability to read basic electrical drawings and specifications.
• Maintain project documentation including submittals and RFIs.

Responsabilités

• Assist with managing documentation: submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes.
• Assist with supervision and directing project activities as assigned by PM.
• Maintain change order, submittal and document control logs in Viewpoint.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for documentation and drawings for Owner/ Manuals.
• Create Job Information Sheets and establish job files under PM/PX.
• Cover temporary total project supervision in PM’s absence.
• Read and understand electrical drawings and specs.
• Help establish workflow with Field Supervisors and PMs.
• Assist in accurate and timely project billings per contract documents.
• Assist in writing and submission of RFIs of quality.
• Assist PM to ensure timely payments to subs and vendors.
• Review and update construction schedules as requested.
• Assist setup of project budgets in Viewpoint with Field Supervisor.
• Coordinate with Payroll for accurate payroll information.
• Other duties as assigned.
