You will oversee safe installations, alterations, and repairs, managing crews of 20+ and coordinating materials, tools, and schedules to meet scope and budget. You will engage with owners, engineers, and trade contractors, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project closeouts, while maintaining licensing and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent completed.
• Experience: 4+ years in field supervision/management of electrical projects.
• Specialized skills: strong people skills, clear communication, organized, tech‑savvy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews, ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time project completion.
• Coordinate scheduling of materials, tools, and personnel to meet scope and budget.
• Engage with stakeholders including owners, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals.
• Foster client relationships and ensure client satisfaction with project outcomes.
• Maintain licensing and training requirements; perform other duties as assigned.
